Daily Maintenance Of Diesel Engine |

Should be checked before starting a day or diesel maintenance of content:
1. Before moving before starting daily or diesel fuel filter in the release of water and sediment.
2. Check the fuel tank fuel, needed to add a little.
3. Check the oil level in the oil pan, the oil should reach between two engraved lines mark the dipstick, when added to inadequate provision of location (such as the diesel engine has been running, you should turn off the diesel engine at least five minutes and then check the oil level so that the oil can be fully returned to the sump).
4. Check the engine coolant level, such as inadequate should be added to the amount.
5. Check whether the three diesel drain phenomenon, remove the oil, water, gas connection at all without loosening, if any should be timely tightened.
6. Check up all kinds of tightness of the belt.
7. Check the various instruments is normal, or should be repaired or replaced.
8. After diesel start, audition any abnormal sounds.
9. diesel engine idling time not too long, not more than five minutes once; loaders stop working, should be allowed to idle for 1-2 minutes then turn off the diesel engine.
Routine maintenance checks
Machine runs every 50 hours to conduct a routine inspection and maintenance, as follows:
1. Clean air filter dust cup.
2. Clean the air cleaner filter. If the machine using harsh environment, to increase the cleaning, replace the filter frequency.
3. Check and adjust tensioner pulley, all kinds of belt tightening.
4. Check the turbocharger bearing clearance.
5. Check and adjust the idle speed.
